About the Paul Lelii Law Office
Attorney Paul Lelii – A Proven Advocate for Workers and the Injured
Attorney Paul Lelii founded the Paul Lelii Law Office in 2004 with a mission to fight for workers’ rights and hold employers accountable for wage theft and discrimination. For over two decades, he has dedicated his practice to employment law, personal injury, and business disputes—recovering lost wages and securing justice for hardworking Minnesotans.
Paul earned his B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1996 and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. While attending law school in the evening division, he worked full-time for a solo practitioner representing employees and injured clients—laying the foundation for his passion and skill in plaintiff-side advocacy.
Following law school, Paul was appointed Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lawrence T. Collins in Minnesota’s 3rd Judicial District. In that role, he assisted with the full range of civil and criminal matters before the Court, gaining early and intensive courtroom experience that continues to inform his strategic and effective litigation style today.
