Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 1996 and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 2003. He attended law school in the evening division while working full-time at a solo attorney’s law office handling employment matters and protecting the rights of injured clients.
